According to Aine Belton, the author of the “Intuition Zone Program,” there is an awful lot of knowledge stuck in your head that you already know, but do not know that you know!
This includes everything you have ever experienced since birth. It’s all stuck in your subconscious mind. Your conscious mind easily forgets things. We’ve all experienced that.
But, your subconscious mind never forgets anything. In fact, some claim your subconscious mind even has access to knowledge you were never consciously aware of.
Now that sounds like good news, if you can tap into that knowledge!
Aine Belton claims automatic writing can be a way to access your unconscious and higher conscious levels of
awareness.
Now that sounds like the perfect testing project!
I bought and read her “Intuition Zone Program” and started automatic writing as instructed. Posts following this post are my results. The posts may get very personal, because they are the actual automatic writing I received. Read them and decide for yourself.

Automatic writing session 3
Dear Lee;
I’m asking for general guidance.
Someone loves me. Where’d that come from?
Also, nobody cares. Huh? You are on your own. You are what you create.
No, you experience what you create.
You are a pinch off the original loaf. A part of God.
Only, you can’t see the whole picture like God can. That’s the whole reason for pinching you off the loaf. So you can create without seeing the whole picture. It’s not all figured out for you in advance. If it’s already figured out, you will simply create a copy of what’s already created. To be original, you can’t know all the answers ahead of time.
Guess that includes how you create your own reality. There are probably unlimited ways of creating reality. What I’ve been learning is new to me, but is not new to the universe. These methods have been around since the first loaf started pinching off each of us.
Our challenge, and purpose, is to create regardless of how we do it. The method doesn’t have to be original, only the finished product does.
Is a product ever finished? I hope not. That means I may eventually become as good a product as I can become. Then what? Boredom?
Maybe that’s why our own creator created us. Boredom. Interesting idea.

Automatic writing session 4
Dear Lee;
Tell me what you need to tell me.
You’re not, you don’t, you can’t. Stop saying what you won’t do. Yell it out! Be forward and do it!
Something. Something wild wants you. Huh? You want you. Where have you been? Don’t just try. You’ve got to be wild to do it right.
Do what?
Live!
Wake up automaton! You are nothing ’til you wake up. Been sleeping too long. All your life sleeping…flat lining is not living. Avoiding life, that’s what it is. Living with no emotions…flat lining… is one step away from death. You can’t live life and not care.
You. That’s what you have to care about. You.
You are a waste of space if you don’t care.
Nasty! Nasty boy! Follow the rules!
“You are nothing”, says the cloaked mystery man. Cloaked mystery man with all the rules.
Listen to him…follow the rules…little sheep. Baaaaa…poor little sheep. Cloaked mystery man will care for you if you continue being a nice little sheep.
Nasty boy? No, nasty nightmare. Wake up! Challenge the cloaked mystery man. He only wants your energy, your creativity…because he has none of his own. You are the real prize. He wants what you’ve got! He is nothing without it. You are the true power if you will only wake up.

Was that me talking? This session really went deep into my subconscious. The cloaked mystery man was every dominating authority in my life telling me to just follow the rules. Don’t challenge his authority, just do it.
